party at BIC

Our party packages start at a two-scoop sundae party.  For this, each attendee will receive a two-scoop sundae or cup of their choice (from what we have in stock), a fountain soda (root beer is draft, not fountain, and is not included) or iced tea and a turn at “Stick the Cherry on the Logo”(our version of pin the tail on the donkey).  The birthday person gets two turns and the winner gets a BIC gift certificate.  

 

We host parties on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm and the restaurant is closed to the general public.  You can arrive up to 20-minutes early to put up light decorations nothing that requires a ladder or damage.  The cost is $10 per person with a minimum of 10 people.  If you have more than 10 people the birthday person is free.  Guests who are not participating are welcome to watch and are welcome purchase food items off the menu.  Party guests are also welcome to purchase additional items from the menu.  This is our base package.  You can add pizza, Chicago dogs, chili and grilled cheese and anything else we have from our menu ahead of time at an additional discounted cost.  If it’s added the day of the additional cost is not discounted.  

 

We do require a 50% non refundable deposit and a head count at least a week in advance, or by January 1, 2022.  If for any reason you have to cancel the party the deposit will not be refunded, however if the reason is understandable we will do our best to work with you to re-schedule the event with an additional 25% unless the event was cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (this is because we still have to pay our staff to show up ahead of time).  

 

A 20% gratuity will be added to your total.  Please let us know at the time of payment if you feel that is not warranted.

 

You can bring your own cake or cupcakes.  Regular food and drinks are not allowed, because we sell those items.
